9.2 Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an individual data subject.
9.3 Where you request deletion of your personal data, okrbet will assess the request against applicable legal retention obligations. Data subject to mandatory retention periods cannot be deleted before those periods expire, but such data will be restricted from use beyond the specific compliance purpose that requires its retention.
10 Data Security

12 Children, Minors & the 21+ Requirement

12.2 Age is verified through mandatory KYC document submission during Account registration. Where okrbet discovers — through KYC review, behavioral signals, or third-party report — that an Account is registered to a person below the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately, KYC documents will be reviewed, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by regulation.
